依托咪酯在小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of Etomidate in interventional therapy of congenital heart disease in children

目的探讨依托咪酯在小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2021年4月至2023年1月吉林市化工医院收治的66例行介入治疗的先天性心脏病患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=33)和研究组(n=33)。对照组予以丙泊酚,研究组予以依托咪酯。比较两组不良反应发生情况、麻醉相关指标、疼痛情况、过敏情况及生命体征指标。结果研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组苏醒时间和意识消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛及过敏发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。释放封堵管时、拔除气管导管时,两组血氧饱和度、心率及平均动脉压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托咪酯在小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗中的麻醉效果较好,具有安全性,可维持患儿生命体征平稳,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Etomidate in interventional therapy of congenital heart disease in children.Methods A total of 66 children with congenital heart disease who underwent interventional therapy in Jilin City Hospital of Chemical Industry from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=33)and the study group(n=33)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Propofol and the study group was given Etomidate.The occurrence of adverse reactions,anesthesia related indexes,pain,allergy and vital signs were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time and absence time of consciousness in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pain and allergy in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in blood oxygen saturation,heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups when the occluded tube was released and the tracheal catheter was removed(P<0.05).Conclusion Etomidate has good anesthetic effect in the interventional treatment of children with congenital heart disease.It is safe and can maintain the stable vital signs of children.It has the value of clinical promotion.
