地屈孕酮联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果

Clinical effect of Dydrogesterone combined with Progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion

目的探讨地屈孕酮联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年11月淄博市张店区妇幼保健院收治的120例先兆流产患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,观察组采用地屈孕酮联合黄体酮治疗。比较两组保胎成功率、孕酮水平及治疗效果。结果观察组保胎成功率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组孕酮水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果显著,可改善患者孕酮水平,提高保胎成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dydrogesterone combined with Progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 120 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Zhangdian District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Zibo City from June 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dydrogesterone,and the observation group was treated with Dydrogesterone combined with Progesterone.The success rate of fetal protection,progesterone level and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of fetal protection of the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of progesterone in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dydrogesterone combined with Progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion has significant clinical effect,can improve the level of progesterone and the success rate of fetal protection,which is worthy of clinical applicati on.
