麻杏石甘汤合苇茎汤加减治疗痰热壅肺型小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床效果

Clinical effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Weijing Decoction in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and asthma with phlegm heat blocking lung type

目的探讨麻杏石甘汤合苇茎汤加减治疗痰热壅肺型小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月泰安市中医二院收治的80例肺炎喘嗽患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组采用麻杏石甘汤合苇茎汤加减治疗。比较两组临床症状改善时间、住院时间、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果研究组临床症状改善时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤合苇茎汤加减治疗痰热壅肺型小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Weijing Decoction in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and asthma with phlegm heat blocking lung type.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia and asthma admitted to Tai’an Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Weijing Decoction.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,hospital stay,occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Weijing Decoction in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and asthma with phlegm heat blocking lung type has definite clinical effect,can effectively improve clinical symptoms,and is safe and worthy of clinical application.
