摘要
目的探讨定期电话回访对女性出院患者满意度的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2023年1月于兰陵县人民医院出院的100例女性患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(50例)和实验组(50例)。对照组实施常规电话回访,实验组实施定期电话回访,比较两组出院护理满意度、责任护士知晓率及投诉率。结果实验组出院护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组责任护士知晓率高于对照组,投诉率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在出院女性患者中应用定期电话回访,可提高出院护理满意度、责任护士知晓率,降低投诉率,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of regular telephone return visit on satisfaction of female discharged patients.Methods A total of 100 female patients discharged from Lanling County People’s Hospital from October 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases)according to random drawing method.The control group was given routine telephone return visit,while the experimental group was given regular telephone return visit.The discharge nursing satisfaction,responsible nurses’awareness rate and complaint rate were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction score after discharge of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The awareness rate of primary nurses in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the complaint rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of regular telephone return visit in discharged female patients can improve the satisfaction of nursing discharge,the awareness rate of responsible nurses,and reduce the complaint rate,which is worthy of popularization and application.
