手术室护理在妊娠糖尿病剖宫产患者围手术期的应用效果

Application effect of operating room nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus during the perioperative period of cesarean section

目的探讨手术室护理在妊娠糖尿病剖宫产患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年8月枣庄市中医医院收治的82例妊娠糖尿病剖宫产患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(41例,手术室护理)与对照组(41例,常规护理)。比较两组手术相关指标、血糖水平、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理应用于妊娠糖尿病剖宫产患者围手术期,可有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,调节血糖水平,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus during the perioperative period of cesarean section.Methods A total of 82 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who underwent cesarean section in Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(41 cases,operating room nursing)and control group(41 cases,routine nursing)according to the random number table method.The operation related indicators,blood glucose levels,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher t han that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room nursing in the perioperative period of gestational diabetes mellitus patients with cesarean section can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,regulate blood glucose level,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
