摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在学龄期哮喘患儿中的应用。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的90例学龄期哮喘患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组自我管理行为及哮喘控制情况。结果干预后,观察组各项自我管理行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组哮喘发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可促使学龄期哮喘患儿增强自我管理行为,有效控制哮喘发作,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in school-age children with asthma.Methods A total of 90 school-age children with asthma admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group.Self-management behavior and asthma control were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of selfmanagement behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of asthma attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the self-management behavior of school-age children with asthma and effectively control asthma attack,which is worthy of clinical application.
