PDCA循环在女性心肌梗死患者支架植入术后冠心病监护病房护理管理中的应用

Application of PDCA circulation in nursing management of cardiac care unit for female patients with myocardial infarction after stent implantation

目的探讨PDCA循环在女性心肌梗死患者支架植入术后冠心病监护病房(CCU)护理管理中的应用。方法选取山东省寿光市人民医院2021年6月至2022年12月收治的100例女性急性心肌梗死患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上应用PDCA循环,比较两组心电监护误报警率、护理质量评分。结果观察组心电监护误报警率比对照组低,护理质量比对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对女性心肌梗死患者支架植入手术后CCU护理,应用PDCA循环管理可获得良好效果,减少心电监护误报警情况,提高整体护理质量,可在临床大力推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application of PDCA circulation in the nursing management of cardiac care unit(CCU)for female patients with myocardial infarction after stent implantation.Methods A study was conducted on 100 female patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Shouguang People’s Hospital in Shandong Province from June 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received PDCA circulation on the basis of the control group to compare the false alarm rate in electrocardiogram monitoring and nursing quality score between the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group had a lower false alarm rate in electrocardiogram monitoring compared with the control group,and the nursing quality score was higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation management can achieve good results in CCU care for female patients with myocardial infarction after stent implantation,greatly reducing false alarms in electrocardiogram monitoring and improving overall nursing quality.It can be vigorously promoted and applied in clinical practice.
