考虑慢行交通影响下的交通微循环路网优化设计

摘要 为减少实行交通微循环过程中日益增加的对区域内居民生活和出行交通的不良影响,以最小化道路连通性、最小化慢行交通的出行时间、最小化环境污染和最小化道路饱和度为优化目标,考虑干道路网饱和度约束、慢行交通平均限速值约束、慢行路网密度约束,建立了多目标区域交通路径优化的双层规划模型。利用遗传算法进行求解,采用轮盘赌选择算子和非均匀变异算子进行操作,得到了最优的微循环路网优化组织方式。通过算例分析,与实行微循环前的路网相比,实行微循环后的路网饱和度明显下降,减小了对街区内的居民影响和生态环境破坏,得到了一个合理的街区交通微循环网络。 In order to reduce the increasing adverse impacts on the life and traffic of residents in the region during the implementation of traffic microcycle,minimizing road connectivity,minimizing travel time of slow traffic,minimizing environmental pollution and minimizing road saturation were taken as optimization objectives.The constraints of arterial road saturation,average speed limit of slow traffic and density of slow road network were considered.A two-layer programming model of multi-objective regional traffic path optimization was established.Genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem,roulette operator and non-uniform mutation operator were used to operate,and the optimal organization of microcirculation road network was obtained.Through the analysis of the example,compared with the road network before the implementation of microcirculation,the road network saturation decreases obviously after the implementation of microcirculation,which reduces the impact on residents and the destruction of ecological environment in the street area,and a reasonable street traffic microcirculation network is obtained.
