分析卫生管理专业研究生培养存在的问题,提出构建以“三全育人”为核心,以思想德育、科研学术及实践创新为基本维度的“一核三维”测评体系,以期进一步创新高校人才培养模式,全面提升高等教育的层次和水平。

This study analyzed the existing problems in the training of graduate students majoring in health management,and proposed the construction of a"One Core and Three Dimensional"assessment system with the core of"Three Comprehensive Education"and the basic dimensions of ideological and moral education,scientific research and academic and practical innovation.The aim is to further innovate the personnel training mode in colleges and comprehensively improve the level and standard of higher education.
