探讨目前“双导师”制度在地方高校的实施现状,并以河北医科大学校外兼职导师联合校内导师合作培养研究生制度的开展情况为例,探讨“双导师”制度在实施过程中存在的问题及对策,为其他地方高校外聘兼职研究生导师的实践提供参考。

This study explores the current implementation status of the"dual mentor"system in local universities,and takes the situation of the postgraduate teaching cooperation between external freelance mentor and internal teaching staff at Hebei Medical University as an example to explore the problems and strategies involved in the implementation of the"dual mentor"system.This study provides reference for the practice of freelance mentor in other local universities.
