摘要 目的探讨SPOC结合四步(MCAT)教学模式在基础护理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校2020级护生为研究对象,观察组采用SPOC+MCAT教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较两组护生理论和操作技能考核成绩、批判性思维问卷得分、教学效果评价问卷得分及课程评价问卷得分。结果教学后,观察组理论和操作技能考核成绩、批判性思维问卷得分、教学效果评价问卷得分、课程评价问卷得分均显著高于对照组。结论SPOC+MCAT教学模式可提高护生学习效果、批判性思维能力及教学满意度,有效保障了教学质量,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of combining the small private online course(SPOC)with the memorization comprehension application teaching(MCAT)teaching mode in basic nursing teaching.Methods Nursing students of grade 2020 in the school were selected as the research subjects.The experimental group adopted SPOC+MCAT teaching mode,while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.The scores of theoretical and operational skills assessment,Critical Thinking Questionnaire,Teaching Effectiveness Evaluation Questionnaire and Course Evaluation Questionnaire were compared between the two groups.Results After the teaching intervention,the scores of theoretical and operational skills assessment,Critical Thinking Questionnaire,Teaching Effectiveness Evaluation Questionnaire and Course Evaluation Questionnaire in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion SPOC+MCAT teaching mode can improve the learning effectiveness,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing students,and effectively ensure the teaching quality,which is worthy of popularization and application.
