摘要
目的分析在ICU护生实习带教中融入职业价值观教育对护生的影响。方法选取在ICU实习的118名护生作为研究对象,对照组采用常规的ICU实习带教方案,试验组采用融入职业价值观教育的ICU实习带教方案。采用护士职业价值观量表、护生带教满意度调查问卷等进行调查。结果干预后,试验组护士职业价值观量表得分、出科考核成绩、护生带教满意度调查问卷得分均高于对照组。结论在ICU护生实习带教中融入职业价值观教育,有助于护生树立正确的职业价值观,提高其出科成绩和带教满意度。
ObjectiveTo analyze the impact of integrating vocational values education into ICU nursing student internship teaching.Methods 118 nursing students who interned in the ICU were selected as the research subjects.The control group was taught by conventional ICU internship teaching plan,while the experimental group was taught by ICU internship teaching plan that incorporated vocational values education.The survey was conducted using the Nurses′Vocational Values Scale and the Nursing Students′Teaching Satisfaction Questionnaire.Results After the intervention,the scores of the Nurses′Vocational Values Scale,the after-department examination scores,and the Nursing Students′Teaching Satisfaction Questionnaire of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Integrating vocational value education into ICU nursing internship teaching can help nursing students establish correct vocational values,improve their graduation grades,and improve their satisfaction with teaching.
