长沙市在职护士深部组织压力性损伤评估能力现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of Status and Influencing Factors of Deep-Body Tissue Pressure Injury Assessment Ability of Nurses′in Changsha City

目的了解长沙市在职护士深部组织压力性损伤评估能力现状及影响因素。方法利用自制在职护士深部组织压力性损伤知信行调查问卷对413名护士进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果护士知识维度得分为(28.89±5.52)分,态度维度得分为(28.17±4.52)分,行为维度得分为(19.57±5.35)分。医院等级、职称、是否为专科护士是知识维度得分的影响因素,职称是态度维度得分的影响因素,医院等级、是否为专科护士是行为维度得分的影响因素。结论长沙市在职护士深部组织压力性损伤评估实施不到位、评估工具使用不熟练,医院应加强培训,提高护士深部组织压力性损伤评估能力。

Objective To understand status and influencing factors of deep-body tissue pressure injury assessment ability of nurses′in Changsha City.Methods A self-made questionnaire on deep-body tissue pressure injury knowledge,confidence,and behavior of nurses′was used to conduct a survey on 413 nurses.Multinomial logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The nurse′s knowledge dimension score is(28.89±5.52),attitude dimension score is(28.17±4.52),and behavior dimension score is(19.57±5.35).Hospital grade,professional title,and whether they are specialized nurses are the influencing factors of knowledge dimension scores,professional title is the influencing factor of attitude dimension scores,and hospital level and whether they are specialized nurses are the influencing factors of behavior dimension scores.Conclusion The implementation of deep-body tissue pressure injury assessment and the proficiency in using assessment tools are insufficient among nurses in Changsha City.Hospitals should strengthen training and improve the assessment ability of nurses′.
