Survey and Analysis of Medical Interns′Willingness to Work as Organ Donor Coordinators after Graduation

目的调查医学生毕业后从事器官捐献协调员工作的意愿,分析其影响因素。方法以山东省某三甲医院611名实习或规培医学生为研究对象,采用自行编制的问卷调查其对器官捐献协调员的认知、态度以及毕业后从事该工作的意愿。结果611名医学生中,458人态度积极,381人认知水平较低,246人希望毕业后从事器官捐献协调员工作。年龄、人格、认知水平和态度对医学生毕业后从事器官捐献协调员工作的意愿有显著性影响。结论医学生对器官捐献协调员工作的总体认知水平较低,但态度积极,毕业后从事该工作的意愿较强。相关部门应分析影响因素,制定针对器官捐献协调员潜在人群的选拔、招聘要求。

Objective To investigate medical students′willingness to work as organ donor coordinators after graduation and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 611 medical interns or standardized training students from one of Grade-A hospitals in Shandong Province were selected as the research objects,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate their knowledge,attitude and willingness to work as organ donor coordinators after graduation.Results Among the 611 medical students,458 had a positive attitude,381 had poor knowledge,and 246 wanted to work as organ donor coordinators after graduation.Their age,personality,knowledge level,and attitude had a significant impact on medical students'willingness to work as organ donor coordinators after graduation.Conclusion The overall knowledge level of medical students about organ donor coordinator work is poor,but their attitude is positive.After graduation,they have a stronger willingness to work as organ donor coordinators.So relevant departments should analyze the influencing factors and establish requirements for selection and recruitment of potential organ donor coordinators.
