地市级住院医师规范化培训基地建设的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Construction of Standardized Training Bases for Resident Physicians in Prefectural-Level Cities

以西部地区某地市级住院医师规范化培训基地为例,分析地市级住院医师规范化培训基地在基本条件、培训管理、师资管理、培训质量等方面存在的问题,针对加强住院医师规范化培训基地建设以及如何有效进行能力提升提出加强管理、提升教学水平、完善相关制度、保障学员待遇等措施,以满足国家和省级教学效果评估与督导要求,推动基地自评自查,提升院级督导成效。

Taking a standardized training base for resident physicians in perfectural-level city in western China as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in aspects including basic conditions,training management,teacher quality management and training quality of standardized training bases for resident physicians.In order to strengthen the construction of standardized training bases for resident physicians and effectively enhance their abilities,measures are proposed to strengthen management,improve teaching levels,perfect relevant systems and ensure student benefits.So as to meet the requirements of national and provincial teaching effectiveness evaluation and supervision,promote self-evaluation and self-examination base of and improve the effectiveness of hospital-level supervision.
