全膝关节置换术后早期功能锻炼体验方案培训后骨科护士的体验研究

Experience of Orthopedic Nurses after Training of Early Functional Exercise Experience Program after Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的了解全膝关节置换(TKA)术后早期功能锻炼体验方案培训后骨科护士的真实体验,为培养骨科专科护士提供参考。方法采用现象学研究方法,选取21名骨科护士进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析、归纳及提炼主题。结果TKA术后早期功能锻炼体验方案培训后,骨科护士的体验可归纳为3个主题:认可度高,骨科职业素养有所提升,在临床实践中反思、成长。结论骨科护士对TKA术后早期功能锻炼体验方案认可度高,认为该培训可提升自身职业素养、促进个人成长,为其今后从事临床护理工作奠定基础。

Objective To understand the real experience of orthopedic nurses after the early functional exercise experience program after total knee arthroplasty(TKA),and to provide reference for the training of specialist orthopedic nurses.Methods Using phenomenological research methods,21 orthopedic nurses were selected for semi-structured interviews,and Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used to analyze,summarize and refine the topics.Results After the training of early functional exercise experience program after TKA,the experience of orthopedic care can be summarized into three themes:high recognition,improvement of orthopedic professional quality,reflection and growth in clinical practice.Conclusion Orthopaedic nurses have a high recognition of the early functional exercise experience program after TKA,and believe that the training can improve their professional quality,promote personal growth,and lay a foundation for their clinical nursing work in the future.
