阐述国内外医学职场“PUA”现状,提出如何识别和应对职场“PUA”的方法,反思医学教育中职业素养培训的重要性。
This paper expounds the current status of"PUA"in medical workplaces at home and abroad,puts forward how to identify and deal with it,and reflects on the importance of professional quality training in medical education.
