推进共建“一带一路”高质量发展过程中的困境与思考

Reflections on Dilemmas in the Process of Promoting the High-quality Development of the“Belt and Road”

“一带一路”倡议提出以来,我国与“一带一路”沿线国家之间的国际移民数量持续增长,经济贸易合作逐渐加深,国际影响力逐渐加强,民众基础持续巩固,并取得了许多辉煌的成就。然而,在推动“一带一路”高质量发展的过程中,全球新冠疫情的爆发,对我国与“一带一路”沿线国家之间的国际劳工移民流动、设施联通、国际债务和国际贸易都产生了消极影响。本文在考察各方高质量共建“一带一路”现有成就的基础上,分析面临的问题并提出相应的解决方案,以期为高质量建设“一带一路”提供思路。

Since the introduction of the“Belt and Road”initiative,the number of international migrants between China and countries along the“Belt and Road”has continued to grow;economic and trade cooperation has deepened;international influence has been gradually strengthened;the public basis has been consolidated.Many remarkable achievements have been made.However,in the process of promoting the high-quality development of the“Belt and Road”,the outbreak of the pandemic has harmed the international labor migration flows,the connectivity of facilities,international debt,and international trade between China and countries along the“Belt and Road”.This paper examines the existing achievements in building the“Belt and Road”with high quality,analyses the problems,and offers solutions,to provide paths for building the“Belt and Road”with high quality.
