数字经济赋能河南农业高质量发展研究

Research on Digital Economy Boosting the High-quality Development of Agriculture in Henan

如今,数字技术已应用到农村发展和农民生活中,不断催生经济新模式、新业态、新产品,成为农业高质量发展的新动能、新引擎。河南省农业高质量转型发展具有地理区位、人力资源和数字技术发展先行优势条件,但数字经济在推动河南省农业高质量发展中存在农村新型基础设施建设相对薄弱、数字型专业人才匮乏、核心技术不强、农业数字化转型支撑不足等问题。为此,数字经济需要通过政策体系引导,探索数字经济与农业高质量发展的契合点和发展路径。

Nowadays,the application of digital technology to rural development and farmers’lives has continuously given rise to new economic models,new industries,and new products,and has become a new driving force and engine for high-quality agricultural development.The development of high-quality agricultural transformation in Henan Province has the advantageous conditions of geographical location,human resources and digital technology,but there are problems such as relatively weak construction of new rural infrastructure,lack of digital-oriented professionals,weak core technology and insufficient support for agricultural digital transformation in the digital economy to promote high-quality agricultural development in Henan Province.To this end,it is necessary for digital economy to explore the fitting points and development paths of the digital economy and high-quality development of agriculture through the guidance of the policy systems.
