New Progress in China-Thailand Economic and Trade Cooperation

泰国位于东盟中心位置,为东盟创始成员国,与中国有着“中泰一家亲”的特殊情谊。随着中国-东盟FTA建设、RCEP、共建“一带一路”和澜湄合作的不断推进,双方的经贸合作进一步拓展与深化:截至2021年中国已连续9年成为泰国最大的贸易伙伴及农产品出口市场、连续8年成为泰国的最大进口市场,同时还是泰国的主要外资来源地;基础设施建设、数字经济合作也取得积极进展;即使面对新冠疫情的冲击,中-泰经贸合作依然展现出强劲的发展态势。

Thailand is located at the heart of ASEAN,a founding member of ASEAN,and shares a special bond with China as the“China-Thailand family”.With the construction of the China-ASEAN FTA,RCEP,the“Belt and Road”and Lancang-Mekong cooperation,the economic and trade cooperation between the two sides has been further expanded and deepened.China has not only become Thailand’s largest trading partner and agricultural export market for nine consecutive years up to 2021,the largest import market for eight years in a row,but also a major source of foreign investment.Infrastructure development and cooperation in the digital economy have also made positive progress;even in the face of the impact of the pandemic,the development momentum of China-Thailand economic and trade cooperation has remained strong.
