摘要
伴随经济全球化发展及市场竞争的日益激烈,现代企业的经营、管理模式随之发生了变化,越来越多企业开始尝试采用供应链管理模式。供应链是一个综合的开放性系统,包含供应商、生产商、销售商。供应链管理模式下,各个环节之间形成了一个信息交流、反馈的闭环,为企业落实统筹管理提供了便利条件。本文首先分析供应商综合评价与选择的重要性、基本原则;其次,阐述供应商的分类与评价选择步骤;最后,基于供应商评价方法,从几个方面深入说明供应链管理环境下供应商的评价因素,以供参考。
With the development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce competition in the market,the operation and management models of modern enterprises have changed,and more and more enterprises are trying to adopt supply chain management models.A supply chain is a comprehensive open system,including suppliers,manufacturers,and sellers.Under the model of supply chain management,a closed loop of information exchange and feedback is formed between various links,which provides convenient conditions for the implementation of integrated management of enterprises.In this paper,firstly,the importance and basic principles of comprehensive evaluation and selection of suppliers are analyzed;secondly,the classification and evaluation of suppliers are explained;finally,based on the method of supplier evaluation,the evaluation factors of suppliers in supply chain management are explained in depth from several aspects for reference.
