摘要
本文以中国跨国企业为研究对象,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法解释了跨国企业高创新绩效的形成机制。研究发现:(1)识别出4条实现企业高创新绩效的组态;(2)企业规模与海外人才资源是跨国企业实现高创新绩效的重要支撑力量;(3)知识距离在跨国企业实现高创新绩效中发挥辅助作用。本文拓宽了企业创新绩效研究从单因素、“净效应”向多因素、“组态效应”的转变,同时为跨国企业创新绩效的提升提供了指引和参考。
This paper takes Chinese multinational enterprises as the research object,uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explain the formation mechanism of high innovation performance of multinational enterprises,and analyzes the"configuration relationship"and"joint effect"of multiple influencing factors.The findings are as follows:(1)Identify four configurations to achieve high innovation performance;(2)Enterprise scale and overseas talent resources are important supporting forces for multinational enterprises to achieve high innovation performance;(3)Knowledge distance plays an auxiliary role in the high innovation performance of transnational enterprises.This paper broadens the shift from single factor and"net effect"to multi-factor and"configuration effect",and provides guidance and reference for the improvement of innovation performance of multinational enterprises.
