To thoroughly implement the rural revitalization strategy and accelerate the all-round rural revi-talization is an important task in comprehensively building a modern socialist country.Practice shows that industry prosperity is a basic support for livable ecology,rural civilization,effective governance and pros-perous life,and industryrevitalization is a solid support for the revitalization of human resources,culture,ecology and organization.To promote industry prosperity and revitalization,the key is to clarify the rational way of agricultural appropriate scale management,to develop diversified management forms of agricultural appropriate scale management,to cultivate vigorouslynew types of agricultural businessentities,and to bridge fragmented farming and modern agricultural development,so as to achieve strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and wealthy rural residents.
