摘要 由于规模化、产业化的发展,有大量的肉牛排泄物产生,如果不能及时处理,不仅会引起养殖场肉牛的各种疾病,还会造成对社会生活环境的恶化。因此,可以采用微生物异位发酵技术对肉牛排泄物进行适当处理,减少因排泄物处理不当造成的各种负面影响。对此,该文在总结国内外有关微生物异位发酵技术的基础上,就目前在肉牛养殖过程中的应用进行论述,以期对今后更多地区开展肉牛养殖所产生排泄物的有效处置具有一定的参考价值。 Due to the development of large-scale and industrialization,a large amount of beef cattle excreta is produced.If it can not be treated in time,it will not only cause all kinds of diseases of beef cattle in the farm,but also cause the deterioration of the social living environment.Therefore,the technology of microbial ectopic fermentation can be used to treat the beef cattle excreta properly and reduce the negative effects caused by the improper treatment of excreta.On the basis of summarizing the technology of microbial ectopic fermentation at home and abroad,the application of this technology in beef cattle breeding was discussed,it is expected to be of certain reference value for the effective disposal oft he excreta produced by beef cattle breeding in more areas in hte future.
