畜牧兽医动物检疫现状与对策

Present Situation and Countermeasure of Animal Quarantine in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Work

开展动物检疫工作,需要配套设施、专业人员及相关制度体系。在畜牧兽医领域,动物检疫属于关键性工作内容之一。分析畜牧兽医工作中动物检疫的现状与对策,可更好地改进这项工作。该文围绕“畜牧兽医工作中动物检疫现状分析”“畜牧兽医工作中动物检疫的改进对策”2项内容展开论述,提出对策、实施对策,从“检疫设施”“检疫执行”“检疫监督”“检疫人员”“检疫技术”4个维度,进一步完善动物检疫工作,以动物检疫的进步,推动畜牧兽医领域改革、升级,促进相关产业健康发展。

To carry out animal quarantine work,supporting facilities,professionals and related systems are needed.In animal husbandry and veterinary field,animal quarantine is one of the key work contents.Analyzing the present situation and countermeasures of animal quarantine in animal husbandry and veterinary work can improve the work better.This paper focuses on the two contents of“analysis of the status quo of animal quarantine in animal husbandry and veterinary work”and“Improvement countermeasures of animal quarantine in animal husbandry and veterinary work”,proposes countermeasures and implementation countermeasures.From the four dimensions of“quarantine facilities”,“quarantine execution”,“quarantine supervision”,“quarantine personnel”and“quarantine technology”,further improve the animal quarantine work and take the progress of animal quarantine.We will promote the reform and upgrading of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine,and promote the healthy development of related industries.
