该文首先对畜禽产品中兽药残留检测前处理技术要点进行分析,再分别罗列高效液相色谱-紫外检测法、高效液相色谱—荧光检测法、液相色谱—质谱联用法、高分辨质谱法、酶联免疫试剂盒与免疫分析法等兽药残留检测技术,重点对畜禽产品中兽药残留检测技术方法与要点展开分析,为畜禽产品质量与安全检验检测提供技术参考。

This paper firstly analyzed the key technologies of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products,and then listed the detection technologies of veterinary drug residues such as high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection,high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,high resolution mass spectrometry,enzyme-linked immunoassay kit and immunoassay.The methods and key points of detection of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products were analyzed to provide technical reference for quality and safety inspection and detection of livestock and poultry products.
