环保新形势下畜禽养殖禁养区划定思考

畜禽养殖禁养区目的为推动畜禽养殖产业的可持续发展,畜禽养殖属于重污染产业,养殖过程中产出的污水、粪便及垃圾等将会对生态环境产生严重威胁,在当前生态环保新形势下,划定畜禽养殖禁养区就显得非常必要。为推动畜禽养殖产业的健康发展,在环保新形势下协调畜禽养殖与生态环境之间的关系,该文结合禁养区划定经验对禁养划定范围等进行思考,进而为各地区环保部门积极调整畜禽养殖禁养区的划定提供参考意见,同时也为广大人员畜禽养殖地区的选择提供指导。
