大肠杆菌在自然环境中广泛存在,属于条件性致病菌,大肠杆菌病也是家禽养殖领域发生流行率极高的一类细菌性传染性疾病,该类疾病的传播流行具有一定的条件性,只有当鸡群的身体抵抗能力下降、抗病能力不足后,肠道中的大肠杆菌才会大量繁殖、产生毒素,危及鸡群的健康生长。该文结合工作经验,在对鸡大肠杆菌病的流行特征、临床症状、病理变化进行全面探讨的基础上,明确该疾病的预防和治疗措施,希望能更好地控制大肠杆菌病的发生流行,保证鸡群健康生长。

Escherichia coli(E.coli)is a kind of opportunistic pathogen that exists widely in the natural environment.E.coli disease is also a highly prevalent bacterial infectious disease in poultry farming,the epidemic of this kind of disease has certain condition,only when the chicken flocks,body resistance ability drops,the disease resistance ability is insufficient,the Escherichia coli in the intestines can multiply massively,produces the toxin,endanger the healthy growth of a flock of chickens.In this paper,the epidemic characteristics,clinical symptoms and pathological changes of chicken colibacillosis were discussed,and the preventive and therapeutic measures were defined,hope to better control the occurrence and prevalence of colibacillosis,to ensure the healthy growth of chicken flocks.
