牛瘤胃积食诊断及综合防治措施

Diagnosis and Comprehensive Control Measures of Rumen Food Accumulation in Cattle

牛瘤胃积食又称瘤胃扩张、瘤胃郁滞,是现代牛养殖管理期间流行率较高的一种消化系统疾病,同时也是一种比较常见的胃部疾病。瘤胃积食主要是因为牛群在短时间内采食了大量难以消化的饲料,或者采食了大量的精饲料,这些饲料进入瘤胃中长时间堆积,不能正常向下运转、正常消化,超出瘤胃的承载能力后,导致瘤胃神经出现运转异常。典型的临床特征是患病牛不能正常反刍,瘤胃机能逐渐下降,各种饲料在瘤胃中长时间堆积异常发酵产生很多的酸性物质,严重会导致牛群出现酸中毒,危及牛的生命。瘤胃积食具有发病时间长、初期症状不明显的特征,若没有进行有效的鉴别诊断,势必会因为诊断不合理导致牛群出现严重死亡,最终威胁养殖户的经济效益。该文通过探讨云南省泸水市牛养殖业发展现状,分析牛瘤胃积食的诊断和综合防治措施,希望能降低该病的发生流行率。

Rumen entrapment,also known as rumen dilatation and rumen stagnation,is a gastrointestinal disease with high prevalence in modern cattle breeding and management.It is also a common stomach disease.The main reason for rumen accumulation is that the cattle have ingested a large amount of indigestible feed in a short period of time,or have ingested a large amount of refined feed,which has accumulated in the rumen for a long time,failure to move down normally and to digest normally,which exceeds the carrying capacity of the rumen,results in abnormal movement of the rumen nerve.The typical clinical features are that the sick cattle can not regurgitate normally,the function of the rumen gradually decreases,various feeds accumulate abnormally in the rumen for a long time and produce a lot of acidic substances,which will lead to the serious acidosis of the cattle,endanger the lives of cattle.If there is no effective differential diagnosis,it will lead to the serious death of cattle because of the unreasonable diagnosis,the ultimate threat to the economic benefits of farmers.In this paper,the current situation of cattle breeding industry in Lushui City of Yunnan province was discussed,and the diagnosis and integrated control measures of rumen entrapment were analyzed,in the hope of reducing the prevalence of this disease.
