This article mainly focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of ketosis in dairy cows.Firstly,the pathogenesis and harm of ketosis in dairy cows are analyzed.Secondly,the influencing factors and symptom types of ketosis in dairy cows are introduced,the diagnostic thinking of ketosis in dairy cattle was expounded again,finally,from the aspects of replacement therapy and hormone therapy,sedative and oral drugs,other therapy,scientific diet,paying attention to the feeding of cows in dry period and pre-and post-production period,and preventing ketosis in special cows,in order to provide reference for related research,the therapeutic strategy and preventive strategy of ketosis in dairy cows were discussed in detail.
