饲粮脂肪水平对成年贵宾犬体重、血清生化指标及养分表观消化率的影响

Effects of Dietary Fat Levels on Body Weight,Serum Biochemical Parameters and Nutrient Apparent Digestibility of Adult Poodles

该试验旨在探究不同脂肪水平的饲粮对成年贵宾犬体重、血清生化指标和养分表观消化率的影响。选取3周岁体重相近的健康成年贵宾犬18只,随机分为2组,每组9个重复,每个重复1只。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组犬分别饲喂脂肪水平为8.68%、14.50%的饲粮,2种饲粮其他营养水平基本一致。试验期为120 d。结果显示:与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ组终末体重提高了9.69%(P>0.05),平均日采食量提高了18.36%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组之间的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、胆固醇和尿素氮含量无显著差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组之间的干物质、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验表明,14.50%脂肪水平组饲粮显著提高了犬的采食量,而且犬体重有较大幅度的增加,但日粮脂肪水平不影响血清生化指标和养分表观消化率。

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of diets with different fat levels on body weight,serum biochemical parameters and nutrient apparent digestibility in adult poodles.Eighteen 3-year-old healthy adult poodles of similar weight were randomly divided into 2 groups,9 replicates in each group,1 dog per repeat.The dogs in Group I and II were fed diets with 8.68%fat and 14.50%fat respectively.The trial period was 120 days.The results showed that:compared with the Experimental Group I,the final body weight of the Experimental Group II increased by 9.69%(P>0.05),and the average daily food intake increased by 18.36%(P<0.05);the contents of serum total protein,albumin,globulin,cholesterol and urea nitrogen had no significant difference between the Experimental Group I and the Experimental Group II(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and crude fat had no significant difference between the Experimental Group I and the Experimental Group II(P>0.05).The results showed that the dietary fat level of 14.50%significantly increased the feed intake and body weight of dogs,but the dietary fat level did not affect the serum biochemical indexes and nutrient apparent digestibility.
