Construction Status and Countermeasures of PCR Laboratory for African Swine Fever

非洲猪瘟给我国生猪养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。生猪复养前,实验室检测环节是必不可少的,有条件的养殖场和屠宰场应建立PCR实验室。该文主要对非洲猪瘟PCR实验室建设现状进行分析,并提出相应的对策,以供参考。

African swine fever has caused huge economic losses to my country’s pig breeding industry.Laboratory testing is essential before pigs are reintroduced.Conditional farms and slaughterhouses should establish PCR laboratories.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the construction of PCR laboratory for African swine fever,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for reference.
