经济的飞速发展推动了农业科技的创新,农业科技的发展离不开高素质人才。深入农业生产的第一线,为“三农”提供最直接的服务,对培养和稳定的人才具有重要意义。农村畜牧兽医队伍的建设,在动物重大疾病的防控和预防中发挥举足轻重的作用。该文就目前乡镇兽医工作中存在问题进行分析,并就如何加强我国的畜牧兽医工作提出了一些建议。

The rapid development of economy promotes the innovation of agricultural science and technology,and the development of agricultural science and technology can not be separated from high-quality personnel.In-depth agricultural production of the first line to provide the most direct services for the three agricultural,training and stability of talent is of great significance.The construction of rural animal husbandry and veterinary team plays an important role in the prevention and control of major animal diseases.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the work of village and town veterinarians,and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the work of animal husbandry and veterinarians in our country.
