种猪圆环病毒病净化技术研究

摘要 种猪圆环病毒(PCV)属于单股环状的DNA病毒,粒子最小14 nm,最大17 nm,病毒粒子呈现出20面体对称的结构,内部无囊膜,其基因组的大小大概是1.76 kb。种猪圆环病毒对外界的理化因子有着较强的抵抗作用,即使是在pH值为3的酸性环境当中也不容易被灭活,在周边温度达到70℃及其以上也能保持一段时间的存活状态。同时这种病毒能很好的抵抗氯仿作用,无法凝结猪、牛、鸡等多种生物群的红细胞。该文对种猪PCV净化技术进行总结,以期为同行提供参考。 Porcine circovirus(PCV)from pig herds belongs to single stranded circular DNA virus.The smallest particle is 14 nm,and the largest is 17 nm.The virus particle presents a 20 sided symmetrical structure,without capsule inside,and its genome size is about 1.76 kb.Porcine circovirus of breeding pig herd has strong resistance to external physical and chemical factors.It is not easy to be inactivated even in an acidic environment with pH of 3.It can survive for a period of time when the ambient temperature reaches 70℃or above.At the same time,the virus can resist the chloroform effect and cannot coagulate red blood cells of pigs,cattle,chickens and other biological groups.This paper summarized the purification technology of PCV in breeding pig herd,in order to provide reference for peers.
