初次及固定单采血小板献血者血常规等指标分析

Analysis of blood routine changes and other factors in initial and fixed platelet donors with apheresis

目的分析初次献血者和固定献血者单采血小板后血常规等指标是否有差异以及固定献血者首次、第10次、第20次之间血常规等是否存在差异。方法本研究选取2015~2021年期间天津市血液中心献血数据,主要检测指标包括血压、心率、WBC、RBC、Hb、Hct、PLT、ALT等。结果固定献血者较初次献血者:WBC、RBC、Hb、Hct、PLT、ALT指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血压(收缩压、舒张压)、心率指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。固定献血者首次献血与第10次献血,WBC、RBC、Hb、Hct、PLT、ALT指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),该五项指标在首次与第20次的分析中差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固定献血者血常规的WBC、RBC、Hb、Hct、PLT、ALT指标相比初次献血者有不同程度的改变,但仍在正常范围内波动。

Objective To analyze the difference of blood routine between initial blood donors and fixed blood donors after platelet apheresis and the difference of blood routine for fixed blood donors with the 1st time,the 10th time and the 20th time of blood donation.Methods The blood donation data of Tianjin Blood Center from 2015 to 2021 were selected in this study.The main detected indexes included blood pressure,heart rate,WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,PLT,ALT,etc.Results Compared with initial blood donors,fixed blood donors had significant differences in WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,PLT and ALT indexes(P<0.05),blood pressure(systolic pressure,diastolic pressure)and heart rate indexes(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,PLT and ALT in fixed blood donors at the first and 10th blood donations(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in these five indicators between the first and 20th blood donations(P<0.05).Conclusion The indexes of WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,PLT and ALT in blood routine of fixed blood donors are different from those of initial blood donors,but still fluctuate within the normal range.
