日本的集团主义文化是日本国民性中最核心的特点。如果说中国式的集体主义是一种价值取向,是一种开放的道德体系,那日本的集团主义就是在长期历史发展过程中形成的一种人格特征,一种生活方式方式,一种相对封闭的民族文化。所谓集团主义,就是在强烈的归属感下,个人对所属集团竭尽忠诚和无私奉献,并作为该集团的成员与他人保持行动上的一致性。日本的集团主义文化是日本社会的名片,它潜移默化地影响着日本社会的方方面面。作为一衣带水的邻邦,我们要想深入地了解日本,必须先认识日本的国民性的核心。本文通过分析日本集团主义的特征、表现、成因和影响,有利于深入了解日本国民性,感知当今日本社会,明白日本的发展之路,对于增进中日两国相互了解,正确处理两国关系,防止日本军国主义的复活也很有必要。

Japanese collectivism culture is the most core feature of Japanese national character.If Chinese collectivism is a value orientation and an open moral system,then Japanese collectivism is a personality characteristic,a way of life and a relatively closed national culture formed in the long course of historical development.The so-called collectivism means that under a strong sense of belonging,an individual tries his best to be loyal and selfless to the group he belongs to,and as a member of the group,maintains consistency with others in action.It affects every aspect of Japanese society.If we want to know more about Japan as a neighboring country,we must first understand the core of its national character.By analyzing the characteristics,manifestations,causes and influences of Japanese collectivism,this paper is conducive to in-depth understanding of the Japanese national character,perception of today's Japanese society,and understanding of Japan's development road.It is also necessary to enhance the mutual understanding between China and Japan,correctly handle the relations between the two countries,and prevent the resurrection of Japanese militarism.
