摘要
股权激励作为一种激励制度,在全世界的上市公司广泛使用,并得到很多上市公司的认可。股权激励被看作是当前阶段解决委托代理问题最好的方法,一方面可以调动企业工作人员的积极性,另一方面也可以更好的完成企业目标。本文采用案例分析的方法对上市公司青岛海尔的绩效进行分析。2009年至2017年海尔公司一共执行了4期股权激励方案,虽然过程中有些小的波动和曲折,但总体来说效果还是非常明显的。这在企业相关财务指标上是有明显反映的,企业的价值也有了明显的上升趋势。希望本文的研究可以为我国其他企业未来实施股权激励计划有很好的借鉴意义。
As a kind of incentive system,equity incentive is widely used in listed companies all over the world,and has been recognized by many listed companies.Equity incentive is regarded as the best way to solve the principal-agent problem at the current stage.On the one hand,it can mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprise staff,and on the other hand,it can better complete the enterprise objectives.This paper uses the method of case analysis to analyze the performance of listed company Qingdao Haier.From 2009 to 2017,Haier Company implemented a total of 4 periods of equity incentive plans,although there were some small fluctuations and twists in the process,the overall effect was very obvious.This is clearly reflected in the relevant financial indicators of the enterprise,and the value of the enterprise has a clear upward trend.It is hoped that the research of this paper can be used as a reference for other enterprises in our country to implement equity incentive plans in the future.
