高效除铊剂-脱氟剂联用处理含铊、氟废水试验应用研究

摘要 文章以某新能源企业初期雨水为对象,展开了除铊脱氟工艺的试验研究,主要探讨了药剂用量、反应pH值、反应时间等因素对铊、氟去除效果的影响。结果表明,本废水宜采用“脱铊-脱氟”工艺,最优条件下,可将铊、氟离子浓度分别由100μg/L和25mg/L降低至0.45μg/L和0.67 mg/L。进一步通过扩大化试验验证,在简化絮凝沉淀步骤,将除铊剂用量降至1.3‰的前提下,出水仍可满足排放要求,说明本工艺处理效果优异,具有很好的应用前景。 In this paper,a process of simultaneously removing thallium and fluoride from initial rain collected from some new energy enterprise was investigated.The effects of different factors including the dosage of agents,pH value and reaction time were explored.The results showed that the process of"removing thallium-defluorination"was suitable for this wastewater.Under optimized conditions,contents of thallium and fluoride could be reduced from 100μg/L and 25 mg/L to0.45μg/L and 0.67 mg/L,respectively.Further results through pilot-scale tests showed that,while simplifying the treating steps and reducing the dosage of thallium removal agent to 1.3%o,the effluent could still meet the discharge requirements,indicating that this process has excel lent treatment efficiency and good application prospects.
