摘要 新民主主义师范教育产生于革命战争与阶级斗争的社会需要中,唤醒民众、培养又红又专的教师与干部是其初心和使命。在教育实践中形成了多元一体的师范教育体系,包括政治教育、文化教育与专业教育相结合的师范教育课程体系以及兼收并蓄、灵活多样的师范教育方式。在此基础上积累起来的教育经验有:确立党在师范教育中的领导地位,依靠群众办师范教育,与生产劳动相结合开展师范教育,以培养又红又专教师为中心发展师范教育,师范教育也承担培养地方干部的任务。这些经验既丰富了新民主主义教育的理论宝库,也对新时代教师教育全面深化改革具有重要的镜鉴意义。 The new democratic normal education model arose from the need of revolution and class struggle.It is its original intention and mission to awaken the people and train red and professional teachers and cadres.In practice,the normal education has formed a diversified and integrated normal education system,a normal curriculum system combining politics,culture and specialty,and an eclectic and flexible method of normal education.On this basis,summarizing its successful experience lies in the establishment of the party’s leading position in normal education,relying on the masses to run normal education,normal education combined with labor,training red and special teachers of normal education,assume the cadre training of normal education.These experiences not only enrich the theoretical treasure house of new democratic education,but also play an important role in deepening the reform of teacher education in the new era.
