数字化媒体对铸牢中华民族共同体意识的影响及完善路径

Study on the Influence of Digital Media on the Cause of Forging a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation and Its Fortifying Path

在网络空间中,数字化媒体在推动各民族交往交流交融和铸牢中华民族共同体意识中发挥着愈加重要的作用。通过分析数字化媒体对各民族在网络空间中实现全方位互嵌共融的重大意义,剖析网络公民、媒体平台和数字政府在运用数字化媒体过程中对铸牢中华民族共同体意识造成的不良影响及其生成的法治原因,最终提出法律对策:应当完善网络公民铸牢中华民族共同体意识的法治宣传教育体系、构建数字化媒体平台铸牢中华民族共同体意识的法律责任机制、强化数字政府铸牢中华民族共同体意识的网络空间治理能力,从而在网络空间中发挥数字化媒体对铸牢中华民族共同体意识的积极效用。

In the cyberspace,digital media play an increasingly important role in promoting the interaction and intermin⁃gling of various ethnic groups and forging a strong sense of Chinese nation.By analyzing the impact of digital media on the all-dimensional intermingling and integration of various ethnic groups in cyberspace,we detect the adverse effects of digital media on the forging of a sense of community among Chinese ethnic groups by studying online citizens,media plat⁃forms and digital governments and the following legal regulations,and finally propose some legal suggestions:we should improve publicity of the rule of law and education system for online citizens to forge a sense of community among Chinese ethnic groups,build a legal system for the promotion of a sense of community among Chinese ethnic groups,and strengthen the digital governance for the promotion of a sense of community among Chinese ethnic groups,so that digital media can play a positive role in forging a strong sense of the Chinese nation in cyberspace.
