后疫情时代凉山旅游业发展的问题与对策研究

Analysis of the Issues and Countermeasures for the Development of Liangshan's Tourism Industry in the Post-Epidemic Era

新冠疫情从宏观的经济环境、中观的产业链到微观的涉旅企业等各个层面给凉山旅游业带来了极大冲击。随着我国疫情防控政策的全面放开,后疫情时代的凉山旅游应当在切实搞好顶层设计和规划布局、加大政策和资金支持的同时,立足现实、主动作为,通过完善危机管理机制、提升疫情防控科学化水平,有效协调好疫情防控与旅游发展的关系;通过优化旅游产业结构、丰富旅游产品供给,加快全州旅游企业的改革创新与转型发展,切实推动凉山旅游业高质量、可持续发展。

The COVID-19 pandemic has a severe impact on the tourism industry in Liangshan from the macro-level economic environment and midstream industrial chains to micro-level travel businesses,resulting in serious nega⁃tive consequences.With the comprehensive lifting of China's epidemic prevention and control policies,Liangshan's tourism industry in the post-epidemic era should focus on top-level design and planning,increase policy and finan⁃cial support,and take practical initiatives to improve crisis management mechanisms and enhance the scientific level of epidemic prevention and control.It should also effectively coordinate the relationship between epidemic pre⁃vention and control and tourism development,optimize the tourism industry structure,enrich the supply of tourism products,accelerate the reform,innovation,and transformation of tourism enterprises in the whole region,and pro⁃mote an high-quality and sustainable development of Liangshan's tourism industry.
