摘要
运用中国30个省份2007-2021年的面板数据,探索了正式环境规制、非正式环境规制以及二者的交互作用对工业绿色转型的影响机理。结果表明:正式环境规制与非正式环境规制对工业绿色转型具有显著正向影响,非正式环境规制对正式环境规制与工业绿色转型之间的关系具有正向调节作用,且这一调节效应仅在非资源型地区存在。进一步研究发现,外商直接投资为环境规制下的工业绿色转型提供了资金支持。
Using panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2021,this paper explores the impact mechanism of formal environmental regulation,informal environmental regulation and their interaction on enterprise green transition.The results show that formal environmental regulation and informal environmental regulation have a significant positive impact on enterprise green transition,and informal environmental regulation has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between formal environmental regulation and enterprise green transition,and this moderating effect only exists in non-resource-based areas.Further research shows that foreign direct investment provides financial support for the green transformation of enterprises under environmental regulation.
