摘要
目的:探讨大学生社会支持对学业挫折感的影响机制。方法:采用大学生社会支持量表、心理弹性量表和大学生学业挫折感问卷,对380名在校大学生进行测量。结果:社会支持水平越高的大学生体验到的学业挫折感越弱;社会支持通过提高心理弹性水平降低学业挫折感。结论:高校管理应提供多元化的大学生社会支持途径,强化其心理弹性,弱化学业挫折产生的冲击,进而优化心理健康水平。
Objective:To discuss the mediating role of resilience between college students'social support and academic frustration.Method:380 college students were investigated using Social Support Scale for University Students,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and College Students'Academic Frustration Questionnaire.Results:higher social support level would lead to weaker academic frustration;social support indirectly influence academic frustration through the role of resilience.The result of the present study has guiding significance to college management.Conclusion:College students should be provided with more social support,thus,their resilience would be strengthened,academic frustration would be weakened and mental health would be improved.
