“三全育人”视域下高校思想政治教育与劳动教育协同育人路径探究

A Study on Cooperative Education Path of Ideological and Political Education and Labor Education in Colleges from the Perspective of“3 Entire’s”Education

高校思想政治教育与劳动教育协同育人是新时代高校实践“三全育人”的重要抓手和落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。文章分析了高校思想政治教育与劳动教育协同育人在当前遇到的实际问题,提出树立“思想政治教育+劳动教育”协同育人理念、构建“思想政治教育+劳动教育”协同育人机制、打造“思想政治教育+劳动教育”协同育人课程、创设“思想政治教育+劳动教育”协同育人实践等对策,使得“思想政治教育+劳动教育”协同育人在高校育人工作中落实、落细、落地。

The coordinative education of ideological and political education and labor education in colleges is an important starting point for colleges in the new era to practice the“3 entire’s”,and also an important measure to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.The article analyzes practical difficulties of the cooperative education of ideological and political education to labor education in colleges,and proposes to establish the concept of“ideological and political education to labor education”cooperative education,construct the mechanism of“ideological and political education to labor education”cooperative education,creates the curriculum of“ideological and political education to labor education”cooperative education,and create the practice of“ideological and political education to labor education”cooperative education.It is expected that the“ideological and political education to labor education”cooperative education will be implemented,in the detailed work of college education.
