乳蛋白对肠道菌群影响的研究进展

Research progress on the effect of milk protein on intestinal microflora

牛乳中蛋白完整的分子结构及众多的生物活性肽在促进肠道有益菌增殖,维持肠道菌群平衡中发挥着重要的作用。乳中的免疫球蛋白、溶菌酶等也具有抑制病原菌定殖黏附,保护肠道健康的功效。本文综述了乳中多种活性蛋白对肠道菌群的影响,为科学充分地利用乳蛋白预防和保护肠道健康提供理论依据与参考。

Milk protein consists of whey protein and casein,the complete molecular structure and large number of bioactive peptides in promoting the intestinal bacteria proliferation and maintain the balance of intestinal flora plays an important role.Immunoglobulins,lysozyme,etc.in milk also have the effect of inhibiting the colonization and adhesion of pathogenic bacteria and protecting intestinal health.Based on this,In this paper,the effects of active proteins in milk on intestinal flora were reviewed to provide theoretical basis and reference for scientific and full use of milk proteins to prevent and protect intestinal health.
