Development of Real-time Health Status and Health Indicator System for Coal Mining Machines

井下综采设备的故障实时诊断和健康状态评估是实现煤矿智能化的必要保障。提出了一种采煤机实时健康状态与健康度指示系统,用于显示采煤机故障诊断结果和指示采煤机健康状态。故障诊断结果显示包含故障报警系统,一键智能诊断,电动机启动监测,常见故障处理,日常检修推荐。健康状态指示包含健康度三级指示、实时健康提示、历史健康趋势、健康检测报告。该系统在采煤机上得到成功应用,可为采煤机安全运行提供保障。

Real-time fault diagnosis and health status assessment of underground comprehensive mining equipment are necessary guarantees for achieving intelligent coal mining.A real-time health status and health indicator system for coal mining machines has been proposed,which was used to display fault diagnosis results and indicate the health status of coal mining machines.The fault diagnosis results display includes a fault alarm system,one click intelligent diagnosis,motor start monitoring,common fault handling,and daily maintenance recommendations.The health status indicator includes three-level indicators of health level,real-time health prompts,historical health trends,and health testing reports.The system was successfully applied on coal mining machines,providing guarantees for their safe operation.
