露天矿山机械设备全生命周期管理平台建设

摘要 针对露天矿山机械设备的大型化和多样化造成矿山设备管理难度大、无法形成点检工作闭环管理的问题,通过对露天矿山机械设备管理问题的全面分析,提出合理的解决方案,构建通用的机械设备全生命周期的管理平台,可为露天矿山机械设备运维管理系统的建设提供参考。 In response to the difficulty of managing mining equipment and the inability to form a closed-loop management system for inspection work caused by the large-scale and diversified mechanical equipment in open pit mines,a comprehensive analysis of the management problems of open pit mining mechanical equipment was conducted to propose reasonable solutions and build a universal management platform for the entire life cycle of mechanical equipment,providing a reference for the construction of open pit mining mechanical equipment operation and maintenance management systems.
