基于辅助油缸的采煤机采高检测装置研制

摘要 采煤机摇臂采高检测的精度和传感器的可靠性是影响采煤机自动化的核心因素,针对采煤机采高检测存在误差大、结构可靠性低等问题,采用基于辅助油缸的行程检测方法,开发一款适应性强,结构简单的采高检测装置,并进行装机试验验证,可实现采煤机摇臂采高的精确检测。 The accuracy of coal mining machine rocker arm height detection and the reliability of sensors are the core factors that affect the automation of coal mining machines.In response to the problems of large errors and low structural reliability in coal mining machine height detection,a stroke detection method based on auxiliary oil cylinders was adopted to develop a highly adaptable and simple mining height detection device,which was verified through installation tests,which could achieve accurate detection of coal mining machine rocker arm height.
