摘要
目的探讨分析大型公立医院卫生高级职称自主评审的应用效果和价值。方法通过构建基本能力、思想与职业道德、专业能力与业绩、教育教学、科研、特殊贡献等6个评审维度,选取2019—2021年医院卫生高级职称自主评审情况进行分析。结果医院开展自主评审有利于激发卫生专业技术人才队伍活力,有利于提高医院综合实力。结论应该加强完善自主评审指标体系,规范评审程序,强化专家培训,创新评审方式,提高评审质量与效率,推动医院高质量发展。
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect and value of independent evaluation of senior health professional titles in large public hospitals.Method:The independent evaluation of hospital health senior professional titles from 2019 to 2021 was selected for analysis by constructing six evaluation dimensions,including basic abilities,ideology and professional ethics,professional abilities and performance,education and teaching,scientific research,and special contributions.Result:The independent evaluation of hospitals is beneficial to stimulate the vitality of health professionals and improve the comprehensive strength of hospitals.Conclusion:Measures should be taken to strengthen and improve the independent evaluation index system,standardize the evaluation procedures,strengthen expert training,innovate evaluation methods,improve the quality and efficiency of the evaluation,and promote the high-quality development of the hospital.
