以职业胜任力为导向的临床药理学课程思政建设实践与思考

摘要 探索以职业胜任力为导向的临床医学生临床药理课程思政建设模式。课程思政引领与教学方法创新相结合,借助“三方位四融合”教学方法,围绕职业胜任力培养,优化教学过程建设。通过两年的实践,临床医学生合理用药方面以知促行能力大幅提升,课程设计及教学方法得到学生及同行认可。发挥课程思政引领优势,围绕临床药理学课程创新教学方法,能够更快更好地促进临床医学生知行合一,促进教学质量发展。 To explore the ideological and political construction mode of clinical pharmacology curriculum for clinical medical students oriented by vocational competence,curriculum ideological and political guidance is combined with teaching method innovation.With the help of the teaching method of“three positions and four integrations”,the construction of teaching process is optimized by centering on vocational competency training.Through two years of practice,the ability of the students of clinical medicine to promote knowledge and practice in rational drug use has been greatly improved,and the curriculum design and teaching methods have been recognized by students and peers.Giving full play to the ideological and political leading advantages of the curriculum and innovating teaching methods around the curriculum of clinical pharmacology can promote the integration of knowledge and practice of the students of clinical medicine faster and better,and the development of teaching quality.
